What I don't do is reach for AI because it's fashionable, or recommend expensive platforms when a simpler solution works just as well. I look at the problem first, then choose the right approach.
Where I do use AI — document processing, pattern recognition, high-volume data tasks — it's always with defined human review points. You stay in control of decisions that matter. The system handles everything that doesn't.
